Important Details

All plans include unlimited records. We can tailor the system with additional modules for a bespoke configuration; please contact us to find out more.

  • Storage & Inactivity: Paid plans include unlimited document and image uploads. The Free version remains active while in use. However, if you do not log in for 30 days, the account will become inactive and will be deleted after 90 days.
  • Premium Add-on: The "Premium" tier is a system-wide upgrade. The additional fee applies to all active users (Mobile & Desktop) on the account.
  • Contracts: All paid contracts are on a rolling monthly basis (pay-as-you-go) with an initial upfront payment of 1 month. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not applicable.
  • Support & Training: Standard support is via self-service online help and a free technical ticketing system. On-site training is available at £500 per day (inclusive).
  • Large Accounts: Implementation and software support/maintenance is required for accounts with 20+ users. This covers setup and ongoing support, priced at 20% of the total subscription fee.
  • Web Training: Web-conference training is available in 1-hour slots. This service is free of charge and booked at your convenience (subject to availability).
  • Templates: Free startup document templates are included. Personalised templates can be built using the Document Designer. Alternatively, a template design & consultation service is available at £50 per hour (inclusive).
  • Phone Support: Telephone support is included only when utilising our paid support/maintenance plan; otherwise, users must use the online ticketing system.
  • SMS Credits: SMS text message service is available at an additional cost. Purchased message bundles do not expire.
