Important Details

All tariffs include unlimited records and data entry. We can tailor your requirements with additional modules to provide a bespoke configuration, please contact us to find out more.

For Bespoke, Premium and Enterprise editions, contact us for a quotation.

  • Standard includes unlimited document and image upload capability.
  • Individual modules can be purchased separately where required. Bespoke systems are priced on an individual basis.
  • All contracts are on a rolling month basis (pay-as-you-go) with an initial up front payment of 1 month. Contracts can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not applicable.
  • Support is via self service online help plus a free technical help ticket system. On-site training is available at £500 per day inclusive.
  • Implementation and software support/maintenance is required for accounts of 20 users or more. This covers the cost of setting up your system and ongoing support. Priced at 20% the total subscription fee.
  • Web-conference training is available in slots of 1 hour. This service is free of charge. Session schedule booked at your convenience. (subject to availability)
  • Free startup document templates are included with the Standard Plan. Personalised templates can be created in Document Designer. A Template design & consultation service is available at £50 per hour inclusive.
  • Telephone support is included when utilising our support/maintenance plan, otherwise users must use the ticket system support options provided.
  • SMS text message service is priced as an additional cost. All message bundles run perpetually, I.E. no expiry date.
