How many times has a member of your team arrived at an appointment to find that there is no one in, or the client had forgotten and it is now not convenient? Scheduled SMS messages or emails can drastically reduce the number of no shows.

We have been improving our scheduled SMS and email reminders functions. Based on the jobs diary within AutoVu Workforce Manager. Once set up, there is nothing more to do than simply book the appointment with your client and mark the job as confirmed. Workforce Manager will then send each reminder automatically based on your schedule.

AutoVu Automated SMS Scheduler

How it works;

First select the service required, either SMS, Email or both.

Choose up to two schedules picking how many days in advance the message will be sent and selecting the time that the message will arrive.

The message can include all the usual details such as the clients name, date and time, your company name and also the job details. These fields can be switched on and off to suit requirements.

Finally an optional message can be added to the end of the text, this can include details of a phone number in case the client cannot make the appointment.

We have found that running a service like this has drastically reduced the number of ‘No Shows’ for many companies. This saves time, resources and makes sure your team are visiting genuinely confirmed appointments.
