Reports - Descriptions

Each report has its own specific purpose. Listed here is a description of what each report does. Filters can be applied that limit the results to specific periods of time or report criteria.

 

 

Service Contracts

Title Description
All Routes Products that have a service route selected in the contract manager. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the contract ends between the two dates.
No Route Products that have not been assigned a service route
Contract Active Products that have a 'Currently Active' contract. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the contract ends between the two dates. Please Note: All of the results this report will produce have a contract end date that is IN THE FUTURE. I.E. All of the entries in the report will still have a current contract at the time you run the report.
No Contract Products that do not have a service contract.
Contract Expired Products that have a contract that has now expired. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the contract has already ended between the two dates. Please Note: All of the entries in this report will have a contract end date that has NOW EXPIRED. I.E. setting a date range in the future will return no results.
Contract Cancelled Products that have a service contract but it has been marked as 'Cancelled / Terminated'. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the contract ends between the two dates.
All Due Dates Service job tickets that do not have a booked day set. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the Due Date is between the two dates.
Past the Due Date Service job tickets that do not have a booked day set and have also gone past the due date. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the Due Date is between the two dates.
Due in the Future Service job tickets that do not have a booked day set and have a due date in the future. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the Due Date is between the two dates.
Due Complete or Not Service job tickets that do (or don't) have a booked day set. Selecting a date range limits the results to those where the Due Date is between the two dates.
Soon to Expire Products that still have an active contract but will expire in the near future. This report will not include Cancelled Contracts.
Recently Expired Products that have recently expired their service contract. This report will not include Cancelled Contracts.

 

 

Service Visits

Title Description
Unbooked Jobs All job tickets where a booked date has not yet been set. The date range is by the 'Created Date' as there will be no actual Booked Date.
Booked & Unbooked All job tickets in the system whether they have a Booked Date or not, The date range on this report has to be on the 'Created Date' of the job as all the unbooked jobs will not have a booked date in order for the report to work.
Booked Jobs Jobs that have an actual booked date of one or more days. Each individual booking will be shown on a separate line. The date range of this report is by the Booked Date.
Completed Jobs Jobs that have both one or more days booked and also have the 'Job Complete' toggle set to 'Yes'. The date range for this report is by the Booked Date.
Incomplete Jobs Jobs that have one or more days booked but are not complete. I.E. the 'Job Complete' toggle is set to 'No'. The date range of this report is by the Booked Date.
Job Progress Jobs that have one or more booked days. Can be Complete or Incomplete. Filter on Job Type, Job Stage, Job Category and Key Account Holder. The date range of this report is by the Booked Date.
Multi Visit Jobs that have more than one booked date for the same job ticket. Both Completed and Incomplete jobs will be shown in this report. The date range of this report is by the Booked Date.
No Invoice Jobs that are either Complete or Incomplete, do not have a linked invoice and do not have the flag 'Invoice Not Required' set. This report includes a field names 'ContractInvoice'. This allows filtering on Sites that have a contract with the Contract Invoice flag set to 'On' where required. The date range of this report is by the Booked Date.
